I'm Jess, a mum of three, and I started this bakery to create safe, nourishing food for my son Albie, who has multiple allergies. Sourdough turned out to be a food he could enjoy, inspiring our journey. What began as allergy-friendly baking for my family is now a micro bakery making handcrafted sourdough that's gentle on the stomach and full of flavour. Albie's health has greatly improved, and we're grateful for your support as we share our love of sourdough with you.
How can I get my hands on some delicious Sourdough?
After placing your sourdough pre-order, you may collect it from Down to Earth, Ballance street, Gisborne on your chosen day—Monday or Thursday—from 10:00am until close 5:30pm
POP UP FRIDAYS
Once you've pre-ordered your sourdough doughnuts, you can pick them up at Down to Earth Gisborne or opt for Friday delivery. Our doughnuts are perfect for sharing with friends, family, or colleagues.
